Update!
Chapter 8 is up…
Chapter 9 will be a special chapter in that it takes place entirely in the Real World, so the battle in the Digital World will go unresolved until Chapter 10.
Chapter 10 will also be a special chapter, in that the bulk of it will actually be about the three attacking Yuki City. The battle with Arkadimon Mega Form and the new Digimon will take a backseat until Chapter 11. I wanted to end this “part” of the story of Clare, Rachiru, and Ark on a small cliffhanger, while we take a small break after Chapter 10 is finished.
But that doesn’t mean there will be no more writing. When the break from the main story commences, Rachiru’s backstory, Sacrifice of Gods, will begin production. As I want to like… have more backstory on the characters, it’ll give insight into the character of Rachiru, and her past. Sacrifice of Gods will be a three parter, with the first part being released before Chapter 11, and the other two released as the second part of Digimon Terminal continues.
The First Part of Digimon Terminal, entitled Arkadimon’s Legacy, is almost complete, so here are 10 facts you should know about in the Second Part, now entitled The Original Virus.
- Three of the Six arrive in the Real World with many minions, and begin to search for the Seventh.
- The identities of the Seven will be revealed.
- Beth’s story comes to a climax, as she finds out the truth of the Digital World, and uncovers the creators of the Digital World, and uncovers a plan to neutralize the Digital World.
- Part of Rachiru’s story has an impact, resulting in new Digi-Destined.
- Ark’s sister, Ai, begins to come into play.
- The Original Virus is fully awakened, in the form of a Digimon.
- Someone from the Ark, Clare, and Rachiru trio separates from them.
- The first mega digivolution from the trio is witnessed.
- Salamon has a new role.
- The Digi-Destined return to the real world.
